Advertising terms & conditions for members adverts

If you make postings to ComChatter.com providing false contact details or impersonating another party we reserve the right to pass your details and IP address on to the agrieved third party, their agents or any law enforcement agency
ComChatter.com is an open medium where community members are permitted to post adverts and other information

You are solely responsible for all information that you submit to ComChatter.com and any consequences that may result from your post

Terms & conditions for translators

As this site may be translated by end-users who are not contracted by ComChatter.com these terms shall constitute the agreement and terms between ComChatter.com and the translator
Unless by prior written contract arrangement, ComChatter.com does not normally offer payment for end user translation submissions
The translator shall not use vulgar or obscene phrases in any language
The translator shall not deface or defame ComChatter.com by providing false, misleading or derisory submissions
Translators may not change submissions of other translators except to correct errors, and those translators, in event of dispute over correct terms and context shall refrain from flame-wars, derisory email exchange and provocative action which may inflame the dispute
While perfect grammar is sought, our primary aim is to provide effective communication and function, therefore less than perfect translations may appear
Sometimes it is impossible to provide like for like translations, under such circumstances the closest meaningful translation is acceptable
The original and primary language of this site is English, this shall be the primary reference language for translations
Where a translator is contracted by written agreement with ComChatter.com the written agreement will take precedence over these terms and conditions

In connection with non-trade adverts posted, we store specific location to city or precinct level & phone numbers
In connection with trade adverts we also store company details, including registered address and financial details of any payments made in relation to advertising services
To provide dating services we collect gender and sexual preferences information, we also provide an alias to protect the identity of the poster
In the dating section user's may provide pictures which will be accessible to other users of the service, thus these must be considered published pictures
In conjunction with adverts, where pictures are provided by the advertiser, these will be displayed to other users and as such constitute "Public Pictures"

Crime prevention policies

Where it comes to our attention that person(s) may be using our services to commit crime we reserve the right to disclose details of the offending party to relevant legal authority
In cases of suspected criminal activity, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate suspect user accounts without prior notification to ensure the security and integrity of our services
